We want a pollution-free Bangladesh.

Bangladesh is a developing country with having lot of possibilities and problems. One of the problems is our uncontrolled and unmeasured environment pollution. Though corruption and other problems are not ignorant, our environment pollution should make us concerned to a great extent. Corruption is a moral pollution which is a curse to our country. But our ecosystem should be given top priority to keep it pollution-free. Our central city Dhaka is one of the polluted cities of the present world. Really this city provides us extremely contaminated and toxic air and water. We all know that this city contains air with carbon mono oxide and other heavy metals like zinc and sulpher.  Our urbanization and industrialization are uncontrolled and unplanned and don't maintain any sanitation rules and drainage systems. Our rivers are being filled up with chemicals and other industrial wastes. Here fishes are being died. Vehicles are exhaling carbons and our garments are also. So we are living in an unhealthy situation totally. So our agenda should be turned into pollution issue. We want a drug-addiction free Bangladesh. But we want a pollution-free Bangladesh also. Because our environment is our guard-wall of our existence. Our air, water and whole ecosystem are very important for our lives. We have to ensure our healthy environment because "HEALTH IS THE ROOT OF ALL HAPPINESS"

What is environmental science?

Environmental Science has been a part of higher education in every educational institutions in the present world. This science is a demanded subject for all environment researchers and concerns. Environmental science is an interdisciplinary academic field that integrates physical, biological and information sciences (including ecology, biology, physics, chemistry, zoology, mineralogy, oceanology, limnology, soil science, geology, atmospheric science, and geodesy) to the study of the environment, and the solution of environmental problems. Environmental science emerged from the fields of natural history and medicine during the Enlightenment.[1] Today it provides an integrated, quantitative, and interdisciplinary approach to the study of environmental systems.

Environmental scientists work on subjects like the understanding of earth processes, evaluating alternative energy systems, pollution control and mitigation, natural resource management, and the effects of global climate change. Environmental issues almost always include an interaction of physical, chemical, and biological processes. Environmental scientists bring a systems approach to the analysis of environmental problems. Key elements of an effective environmental scientist include the ability to relate space, and time relationships as well as quantitative analysis.
